Help and Support

This section is to enable survivors, their families, friends and health and social care practitioners to access a range of agencies who can offer information, help and support to anyone who is affected by childhood sexual abuse.

Getting support and help means different things to different people. SurvivorScotland does not advocate what sorts of services are best placed for those affected by childhood sexual abuse. However, we hope that by providing a list of agencies and contact details makes it easier for you to find out what services are available across Scotland.

We can only keep these sections up to date with the help of agencies such as yourself providing information.

The SurvivorScotland website is an information and education resource. Neither SurvivorScotland nor the staff associated with it can provide treatment, counselling or advice for those affected by childhood abuse.
